Congrats! You have completed the onboarding steps above and are now production-ready. Make sure the steps below are complete:

Supplier - Reach out to HD Supply

Reach out to HD Supply through email or using Logicbroker’s Message Center to let them know you are ready to be pushed live.

HD Supply - Push account live

HD Supply will confirm all onboarding steps are complete and will push your account into production. At this point, you will have access to Logicbroker’s production portal where all live orders will be processed. There are a few things you will need to set up in the production portal prior to receiving orders.

Logicbroker - Set up the EDI connection in production

*This step is only for EDI suppliers

HD Supply will reach out to Logicbroker once they have pushed your account live. We will configure your EDI connection in production and reach out to you through email once complete. Any connection issues will be resolved in this step between you/your EDI provider and Logicbroker.

Supplier - Generate API subscription keys in production

*This step is only for API suppliers

Once in production, make sure you have your API subscription key generated. Review Step 2 for instructions on how to generate your key.
